Remove mesh guard (1)
Remove discharge hood, (2)
Remove cross beam, (3)
Remove angle brackets (4)

Remove the two Brackets
as shown in previous picture

Push
a long 6mm steel bar through the
hole and through the slot in the
counter weight arm and across and
through other side, this will support
the counter weight, to adjust the
tensioning bolt to it minimum |

After
completion of the above,
It is now possible to remove the
weigh belt
By pulling the belt over the head
and tail rollers and between the
gaps left by the two removed brackets.
To replace with a new belt is the
revisal of the above.
With the
belt removed thoroughly clean all
the internal parts of the conveyor,
taking care not to apply
any pressure on the sensing roller.

Counter- Balance weight
are pre-set and must not
be adjusted, they have
been set to give a positive
pressure on the load cell

And is controlled by a small guild
roller which runs against the side

Belt tracking static
roller this is set to
drive the belt towards the belt
tracking motor |

The
belt must be set equal on each
side of the head and tension
rollers |

Constant
Belt tensioning is adjusted by these
tensioning bolts and must be adjusted
the same distance and to give a
5mm to 10mm clearance, from underside
of the counter weight arm and top
of the cross beam |
